What's the cost and reward of running a validator node?
I'm trying to figure out if it's financially feasible to run a validator node for Polygon. Can someone break down the expected cost of running a validator node per checkpoint in ETH, and also what are the block rewards for being a validator? Essentially, I'm wondering if the MATIC reward is less than the ETH cost for checkpoints.

2You can check the recent block rewards for validators from here: Bor Blocks.
You can also check the checkpoint proposer reward and the transaction cost to submit the checkpoint from here: Checkpoints.

Polygon is a decentralised Ethereum scaling platform that enables developers to build scalable user-friendly dApps with low transaction fees without ever sacrificing on security.
