Best way to deploy Amoy node without manual data copy?

I'm trying to deploy another Amoy node service without going through a lengthy synchronization process. I thought of copying the disk data from an existing Amoy node to a new computer, thinking it would save time. However, after doing so, the BOR service on the new setup failed to start. Should I have turned off the service before copying the data? What is the best approach to efficiently set up a new Amoy node?

Using the community snapshot is a recommended method for syncing a new Amoy node. This process is typically faster and avoids the issues arising from manual data copying. You can find more information on utilizing snapshots for Polygon nodes here: https://docs.stakepool.dev.br/snapshots/polygon-amoy. If you decide to proceed with manual data copying, ensure that you first turn off the node service. However, it’s important to note that this method isn’t typically recommended due to the risks involved.

Copying the data from one node to another might lead to inconsistencies and potential data loss, especially if you do it while the original node is still running. It's generally better to wait for the node to sync on its own to ensure the data's integrity.
